Exceptional Staff Service

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was perfect for our getaway, and we loved exploring nearby places like Priory Park and taking a quick trip into London, which is just 16 miles away. Plenty of golf clubs around too. The rooms were nice, and the breakfast had a good selection. I recommend it for a fun group holiday.

One downside was the slow service at dinner. We waited a while before our food arrived, which was a bit frustrating.

The heating system is a bit of a hassle, offering either too much warmth or too little, which made it challenging to find a comfortable balance. the breakfast options left something to be desired. I noticed the sausages lacked quality, and the coffee tasted overly stewed—nothing fresh about it. Some may appreciate the atmosphere for business meetings, but the rooms could really use an overhaul to bring them up to date.

The room was comfortable with a great shower. Plus, loved the lobby with fresh scones and clotted cream!
